The Power 20 : Downloadable Rowing Workout
This workout video will take you through a calorie crushing, high-intensity, interval workout in less than 20 minutes. Inspired and designed from my days on the Brown University crew, there is no time to “check-out”.
This workout includes: a warm-up with technique enhancing drills, two fast-paced 5 min. sets of intervals and a cool-down. Imagery, timed intervals and rowing stroke for stroke with me as we take on “the Varsity” guarantees the perfect cross-training workout if you are short on time or just need to jack that heart rate up!
Download to any device and grab a rowing machine – WaterRower is my choice – but these workouts can also be done on other branded rowers.
