One of the most amazing, but most brutal races I’ve ever done. Day 1 - 26 mile kayak. Day 2- 30mile trail run. Day 3 - 80 mile Mtn. Bike ride with 10,000 vertical of climbing. After day two with a knee full of fluid and pain I almost tapped out but I willed myself to the starting line.
